Business Development Representative

Job Context
We are a fast-growing IT services company providing cutting-edge digital solutions including software development, cloud services, cybersecurity, IT consulting, and managed services. We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to help drive business growth by identifying, developing, and qualifying sales opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, Linkedin, and phone to generate qualified leads.
- Understand client needs and present appropriate IT services (application development, cloud, DevOps, etc.).
- Schedule meetings/demos for senior sales or technical teams with qualified prospects.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and regularly update the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Collaborate with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and campaigns.
- Conduct account research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activity and pipeline progress.
Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in IT services or technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of B2B IT sales cycles and buyer personas.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven with a proactive attitude and high level of energy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with services such as cloud computing, application development, managed services, and knowledge of Cyber security etc.
- Prior experience working with System Integrators or Cloud Solutions in West region.
- Knowledge of Linkedin Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
