Business Development Representative

Job Context

We are a fast-growing IT services company providing cutting-edge digital solutions including software development, cloud services, cybersecurity, IT consulting, and managed services. We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to help drive business growth by identifying, developing, and qualifying sales opportunities.

Job Responsibilities
      • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, Linkedin, and phone to generate qualified leads.
      • Understand client needs and present appropriate IT services (application development, cloud, DevOps, etc.).
      • Schedule meetings/demos for senior sales or technical teams with qualified prospects.
      • Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and regularly update the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
      • Collaborate with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and campaigns.
      • Conduct account research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
      • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversions.

      • Prepare regular reports on sales activity and pipeline progress.
Requirements
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in IT services or technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of B2B IT sales cycles and buyer personas.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven with a proactive attitude and high level of energy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with services such as cloud computing, application development, managed services, and knowledge of Cyber security etc.
  • Prior experience working with System Integrators or Cloud Solutions in West region.
  • Knowledge of Linkedin Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
